Our Products
Australis Seed Company is a Breeding Company however we proudly distribute seeds from other Breeding Companies overseas where we have good relationships and their product does not conflict with our own. Subsequently our product range is quite wide but we specialize in a number of species including Honeydew Melon, Rockmelon (Cantaloupe), specialty melons such as Piel De Sapo and canary melons. We also work closely with growers ion Lettuce, Asian greens and herbs for baby leaf and micro- greens. In addition we are in partnership with Private breeders in crops such as baby broccoli and cauliflower with some standards and variation that are becoming more interesting.
We have proprietary material in the products above but also have great products such as Spinach that are supplied by 3rd parties. In addition to a wide range of standard Herbs we are also working with high quality herbs that may be primed and pelleted overseas.
For some Open Pollinated crops we carry out our own productions and this is reflected in the range and quality of what is offered.
